Day 1: Arrival & Welcome
Arrival in the Maldives, beach meditation, intention setting and welcome dinner.
Day 2: Sunrise Yoga & Kickboxing
Sunrise Vinyasa Yoga, kickboxing session, sound healing, snorkeling at the coral reef, sunset meditation and journaling, followed by dinner.
Day 3: Strength & Creativity
HIIT & strength training, vision board & manifestation workshop, content creation, paddleboarding/kayaking or jet ski safari, gentle stretch & mindfulness, dinner.
Day 4: Dolphins & Healing
Dolphin swimming and ocean meditation, Reiki / energy healing, crystal healing workshop, sunset breathwork, gentle stretch & mindfulness, dinner.
Day 5: Spa & Fire Ceremony
Pilates strength training, spa treatments (massage, scrub, sauna), breathwork, letting go workshop, surprise walk, fire ceremony, dinner.
